The https://mindfulsingers.com website (the “Site”) is composed of various web pages operated by Mindful Singers Online Singing Lessons (“Mindful Singers”). https://mindfulsingers.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). The purpose of this website is to provide vocal training, songwriting training, and acting training services and online courses for sale.

Launch Your Voice Product Subscription

The ‘Launch Your Voice’ product, including the course and Singers Circle Community, is offered with two payment options for a yearly subscription. The first option requires an annual subscription fee, and the second option in house financing plan that gives access for 12 months. For exact details please email jordan@mindfulsingers.com

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If for any reason you feel that my Launch Your Voice Program  is not right for you, just let me know within 14 days of your enrollment, and you can get 100% of your money back.

If you try canceling after 14 days, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. You will still continue to have access for the remaining months; up to 12 months total after the initial purchase. 

This Cancellation / Refund Policy DOES NOT apply to Seasonal Gift Cards or purchases for other people. 

TERMINATION:

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and The Client’s access to the software in the event of a material breach of any of its terms. Termination shall be effective upon written notice to The Client.

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Alberta Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the ADR Institute of Alberta or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
